10+ years in social media and/or a combination of social media and brand marketing At least 3+ years in a leadership role at an enterprise or high-growth brand Fluent in the strengths, quirks, and formats of each social platform Adapt messaging accordingly Deeply familiar with Sprout and/or other social media management platforms Familiar with marketing attribution/measurement tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo Measure Expert understanding of content creation tools (eg. CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Canva, DaVinci Resolve Studio) Know what good organic social content looks like and how to create it Strong command of paid promotion and influencer engagement strategies Big-brand fluency (Fortune 500s, beloved consumer brands, or category-defining B2B companies) Experience working closely with creators and influencers On-camera confidence or public speaking experience
