Staff Product Designer (NYC)

8+ years of experience designing SaaS products for Enterprise customers. Startup experience preferred. Ability to shape product and get started without a full PRD. Experience guiding designers at various levels. Ability to define processes, patterns, and principles for team output. Understanding of and respect for product and engineering disciplines. Focus on delivering the best end-to-end user experience. Ability to think big and deliver incrementally. Strong point of view on product quality. Experience with Tailwind (bonus). Comfortable writing or editing HTML and CSS (bonus). Experience with GitHub pull requests and providing code feedback (bonus).

Create detailed, pixel-perfect designs for new product features. Mentor and collaborate with design peers for feedback and quality improvement. Lead design and user experience for significant product areas. Spearhead 0-1 initiatives. Understand user needs by talking with users. Influence the roadmap to drive business impact. Partner with engineers to implement designs. Leverage and contribute to the design system, Stylus.
