5+ years of experience in Workday Consulting, preferably in an AMS/post-production support capacity At least 2+ years in a leadership role Proven expertise in developing innovative customer solutions Track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships Active Workday HCM Certification required, multiple certifications desired Deep understanding of Workday methodology and best practices Extensive experience in business development and revenue generation Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft applications
