Workday Solutions Architect (remote)

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field At least 5 years of experience in Workday solution design and development Exposure to various Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation) Workday certification in one or more areas (Integration, Studio, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Security, Prism Analytics, Adaptive Planning) Strong knowledge of Workday architecture, configuration, customization, integration, reporting, and testing methodologies Proficient in Workday technologies (XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, Web Services, EIB) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Solid understanding of delivering Architecture services within the Agile methodology

Review as-is processes and create target operating models and to-be process models Accountable for low-level solution design Lead the design of Workday solutions adhering to best practices and methodology Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other Workday consultants Collaborate with analysts and consultants to gather requirements, design solutions, and conduct testing Review design of configurations and customized Workday modules Manage and resolve complex issues and risks Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Stay updated on Workday features and emerging technologies Support deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday solutions Provide Workday mentoring and training Participate in sales process including system demos and estimating work effort
