Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field At least 5 years of experience in Workday solution design and development Exposure to various Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation) Workday certification in one or more areas (Integration, Studio, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Security, Prism Analytics, Adaptive Planning) Strong knowledge of Workday architecture, configuration, customization, integration, reporting, and testing methodologies Proficient in Workday technologies (XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, Web Services, EIB) Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Solid understanding of delivering Architecture services within the Agile methodology
