Minimum one year of experience in business partner support and/or building partner networks Experience in process optimization and automation Willingness for frequent business trips Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment Work with KPIs and SLAs Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Excel) Experience in business partner support Excellent self-organization and time management skills Sociable and empathetic Knowledge of the moto industry is a big plus

Search, implement, and maintain relationships with the network of technical service providers (roadside assistance, car rentals, services) Daily operational support and resolution of current issues in the technical network Ensure cost discipline and create/analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) Negotiate rates and cooperation terms with service providers Optimize operational processes and implement new solutions Identify new services and areas of cooperation
