Attend local stakeholder meetings on behalf of Green Earth Group, including meetings with government bodies, NGOs, development agencies, local partners, farmers, landowners, agricultural companies, and other relevant stakeholders.
Represent the projects professionally and report key updates, outcomes, and action points to the international team in English.
Arrange and maintain contact with local authorities, ministries, municipalities, landowners, agricultural enterprises, implementation partners, NGOs, and community representatives.
Help build and manage trusted relationships with on-the-ground partners and stakeholders involved in Green Earth Group’s Ukraine carbon project activities.
Coordinate local travel, site visits, logistics, document collection, meeting preparation, farmer or landowner meetings, and basic reporting.
Track and share developments in local media, policy, regulation, agriculture, land use, or community activities that may be relevant to the projects.
Provide hands-on assistance to ensure timely follow-up after meetings, workshops, field visits, or project events.
Occasionally accompany Green Earth Group team members, consultants, auditors, or project partners to field locations.
Capture photos, quotes, short updates, and field notes for internal reporting, project documentation, and marketing or investor communication where appropriate.
