Documented experience as a procurement agent/specialist or supply chain specialist. Experience in the furniture industry or consumer goods manufacturing is ideal. Strong negotiation skills with experience in securing competitive prices and favorable contract terms. Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (additional Eastern European languages are a plus). In-depth knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, and standards. Ability and willingness to travel frequently across Eastern Europe. Experience with supplier audits and factory compliance assessments. Familiarity with logistics, quality control procedures, and supply chain best practices. Knowledge of ERP systems or procurement management systems. Strong analytical skills and ability to assess suppliers on quality, cost, and reliability. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make data-driven decisions.

Source and develop new furniture manufacturers and material suppliers in Eastern Europe. Conduct market research on industry trends, new suppliers, and pricing. Perform supplier audits and capability assessments. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Build and maintain strong supplier relationships. Monitor supplier performance and address issues. Travel regularly throughout Eastern Europe to visit suppliers and conduct on-site evaluations. Collaborate with product development, logistics, and quality teams. Submit cost analyses, lead time estimates, and procurement reports.
