Requirements:
Proven experience in international student recruitment, preferably within the Philippines or Southeast Asia region. Experience managing relationships with educational agents and overseeing their performance against budgets and recruitment targets. Strong knowledge of the Philippine education market and key stakeholder networks. Understanding of the Australian secondary and tertiary education systems. Sound understanding of the Australian immigration system and student visa processes. Strong analytical skills, including market analysis, reporting, and using data for strategic decisions. Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Comprehensive experience in using computer applications including databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and web technology. Proven ability to exercise initiative, think strategically and creatively, monitor and evaluate work performance and flow, and meet deadlines. High level interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills coupled with cultural sensitivity. Demonstrated customer service and relationship management experience across a diverse range of countries. Native level Tagalog language skills. Advanced level of spoken and written English language. Highly refined presentation and reporting skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve stated outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate recruitment activities and projects within the Philippine market. Lead recruitment and promotional efforts across the Philippines. Provide expert advice and support to prospective students, families, education agents, and university staff. Drive student recruitment initiatives to meet or exceed enrollment targets. Maintain and expand the Philippine market, aligning with overall load targets. Support market analysis, strategic planning, and relationship management. Collaborate with central Admissions Team and Marketing. Engage with key stakeholders, including students, staff, industry partners, and the local community. Maintain a professional, positive, and solution-focused approach.
