Strong knowledge of the Philippine education market and key stakeholder networks. Understanding of the Australian secondary and tertiary education systems. Sound understanding of the Australian immigration system and student visa processes. Strong analytical skills, including market analysis, reporting, and using data for strategic decisions. Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Comprehensive experience in using computer applications including databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and web technology. Proven ability to exercise initiative, think strategically and creatively, monitor and evaluate work performance and flow, and meet deadlines. High level interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills coupled with cultural sensitivity. Demonstrated customer service and relationship management experience across a diverse range of countries. Native level Tagalog language skills. Advanced level of spoken and written English language. Highly refined presentation and reporting skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve stated outcomes.
