Build a network of applicant talent pool through online job portals and other online sourcing channels Review and vet candidate test task submissions and conduct initial interviews Create a job description and job requirements based on client needs Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications provided by our client partner Provide company and job information by answering queries from applicants via email, social media, and chat tools Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing and analyzing the applicant’s responses; verifying candidate’s background by contacting references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
