3+ Years of experience as a recruiter for U.S. hires Experience recruiting high volume candidates (ex. 100 per month) Willing to work the night shift Exceptional communication skills Experience using Workable preferred Experience hiring educators preferred Experience expanding recruitment initiatives preferred Own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) Internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
