Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality management or related field and / or 5+ years of experience in senior / strategic account management. Extensive experience and understanding of revenue management and the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of developing and managing account plans. Ability to promote business solutions and identify client needs. Strong sales track record of meeting retention or NPS quotas. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts. Creative and analytical problem-solver. Industry experience and knowledge of SaaS sales and customer service. Technical aptitude and software learning ability. High proficiency in Salesforce.com and MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
