Requirements:
6+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or enterprise sales, with direct ownership of revenue retention and growth Proven experience working with enterprise brands in influencer or social marketing, ideally within regulated or highly restricted industries Demonstrated success navigating complex enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making environments Track record of building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong operational discipline and time management skills Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Data, and Delivery teams Willingness to travel as needed
Responsibilities:
Own the long-term success and commercial growth of a portfolio of enterprise clients Develop and execute tailored account success plans Proactively identify expansion opportunities Partner closely with Sales to support enterprise growth strategies Lead high-impact client engagements including executive business reviews Serve as the primary point of contact across the full client lifecycle Navigate complex, regulated environments with confidence Ensure seamless execution by partnering closely with delivery and execution teams Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Data, and Delivery teams Act as an internal advocate for enterprise clients Share insights and learnings across teams Be a visible, credible presence with senior client stakeholders Lead complex client conversations Model accountability, preparation, and follow-through Stay deeply informed on trends in social, influencer marketing, and regulated industries Gather and synthesize client feedback and market insights Represent Later externally at industry events
