Accounts Receivable Accountant (Service Titan Expert)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 2-4 years of AR or billing experience, preferably in a service-based or HVAC company. Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan is required. Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero) is a plus. Strong understanding of AR principles, invoice lifecycles, and payment processing. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Generate and send customer invoices via ServiceTitan. Reconcile job costing and ensure invoice accuracy. Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. Apply incoming payments and manage customer payment terms. Prepare weekly AR aging reports and cash collection forecasts. Reconcile AR subledger with the general ledger. Assist with month-end close activities. Serve as the ServiceTitan expert for invoicing and payment workflows. Collaborate with operations teams to resolve discrepancies. Recommend improvements to streamline AR and billing processes.
