Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation role in a B2B environment Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota-based activity and opportunity metrics Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, curious, and resilient Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment Experience with Salesforce and tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn Qualify and allocate inbound and outbound leads across North America Conduct daily outreach to meet prospecting activity goals Research target accounts and align messaging with ABM strategy Understand and communicate the value of Conversica’s products Collaborate closely with Account Executives to book meetings and build qualified pipeline Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in Salesforce and other sales tools Contribute to weekly pipeline reviews
