2+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation role in a B2B environment Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota-based activity and opportunity metrics Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, curious, and resilient Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment Experience with Salesforce and tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
