4–7 years of experience in public policy, government relations, or legislative affairs Experience on Capitol Hill, in a federal agency, or in a regulated tech/fintech environment Working knowledge of federal legislative and regulatory processes Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with bipartisan credibility Strong analytical skills

Drive Socure’s federal advocacy strategy Build relationships across Congress, federal agencies, and the White House Serve as a trusted advisor on public policy issues Lead engagement with policymakers, regulators, and trade associations Monitor, analyze, and provide actionable insights on legislative and regulatory developments Coordinate across internal teams to align policy goals Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and policy communications Represent Socure in meetings, hearings, roundtables, and industry events
