How We Work

We operate as a fully remote organization with team members working globally. We believe in serving with urgency but building trust over time. Change happens at the speed of trust. Our approach is collaborative, human-centered, and designed with the whole family in mind. While remote, we prioritize in-person gatherings several times a year for staff offsites, planning sessions, and company-wide events. These events are essential for deep collaboration, team alignment, creative problem-solving, and a shared sense of purpose.
