Senior Director, Chapter Expansion

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of industry-related experience, including at least three years managing a team.
• Proven track record of successful chapter or program expansion.
• Extensive project management experience.
• Willingness to travel frequently for expansion efforts.
• Familiarity with fundraising, including major gifts and grant writing.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
• Strong leadership ability and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Customer service orientation and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the expansion and launch strategy of new Blue Star Families chapters.
• Develop and implement a strategy for identifying new markets for chapter expansion.
• Collaborate with leadership to set growth goals aligned with the organization’s mission.
• Manage the establishment of new chapters, including community assessments and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure chapters have necessary resources for effective operations.
• Cultivate relationships with community leaders and secure funding commitments.
• Develop policies and processes for quality and compliance.
• Support chapters in achieving their programmatic and fundraising goals.
• Lead a team focused on expansion and support.
