Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or regulatory strategy, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or diagnostics. Deep understanding of the U.S. legislative and regulatory process at federal and state levels. Proven track record of successful advocacy and relationship-building with policymakers. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience managing external consultants and internal cross-functional teams. Based in Washington DC (required). Familiarity with genetic testing, laboratory operations, or precision medicine policy. Experience working in or with Capitol Hill, federal agencies, and familiarity with state legislative work. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and highly regulated environment.
