Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with DZone’s mission and audience needs Study trends along the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and create technical, engaging questions and surveys where the data collected will inform key findings in our premium products and community initiatives Analyze, manage, inform, and optimize our strategic and user-generated content across the DZone.com portfolio to ensure that it aligns with our community and organizational goals of fostering a collaborative environment that empowers developers to share knowledge and build skills Curate and optimize high-quality technical content, ensuring it is relevant, engaging, and SEO-friendly Coordinate and create the solution guides comprised of technical companies for our premium products Track and analyze content performance and metrics across the portfolio and use insights to refine the editorial strategy Oversee strategic community-driven content initiatives including article development and improvement pipelines Own the selection of all newsletter content, craft promotional content for newsletters as needed, and manage newsletter workflows for our 5 different newsletter types Collaborate with and nurture relationships with subject matter experts and community members to enhance DZone’s content Work closely with the team to align content and community efforts with business goals Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in content strategy and developer community building
