4+ years of experience in SAAS Account Management. Track record as a leader, collaborator, and innovator. Demonstrated experience in delivering value and superior customer service. Experience in developing account review plans and presentations. Strong communication skills. Willingness to travel. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus. Strong knowledge of the sport landscape, including trends unique to USOPC and NGB's, SafeSport and Risk Management, and tier one sport revenue verticals.
