Requirements:
Proficient in BI tooling (data analysis, building dashboards). Excellent communicator, able to translate between business and technical language. Comfortable managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, and working under deadlines. Proficient at SQL (any variant). Well-versed in exploratory data analysis with Python (pandas & NumPy, data visualization libraries). Practical familiarity with the big data stack (Spark, Presto/Athena, Hive) is a plus. Adept at fast prototyping and providing analytical support. Minimum of three years of professional or relevant academic experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English on C1 level (CEFR) or higher. Able to work between 7 am and 3 pm Pacific Time.
Responsibilities:
Build tools and dashboards for Account Executives to create better demos. Fine-tune AI models in collaboration with Account Executives. Collaborate with Frontend Engineers and Account Executives to secure deals. Perform data exploration to understand user behavior and suggest product improvements. Foster team community and promote a culture of empathy and growth.
