Ability to define, execute, and lead data science strategy development in alignment with the 3-Year Analytics and Insights plan, focusing on predictive analytics, automation, and AI-driven decision-making Track record of success leading a data science team in development of predictive and prescriptive models that drive and support an organization’s growth strategy Track record of success leading and implementing an experimentation framework to accelerate learning and decision confidence Experience with the development of data products to enable organizational self service including the use of AI / LLMs Experience with a rigorous decision science framework and governance function Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence senior stakeholders Exceptional written and oral communication Strong command of modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/GCP, MLflow) Thoughtful and effective approach to performance management Comfort with budgets and experience managing a budget, working with Finance teams, and managing vendors Familiarity using tech stack: AWS, Redshift, DBT, Tableau, Metabase (Highly Desired) Experience with risk and financial modelling (Highly Desired) Quantitative degree (Math, Engineering, etc.) (Highly Desired) Proven experience leading 3+ teams as a manager of managers (Highly Desired)
