Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience managing multiple data science teams, including managing managers At least 8-10 years of experience leading technical data science initiatives, including data modelling/architecture, experimentation, reporting & analytics, and predictive / prescriptive modelling Demonstrated experience of driving business outcomes with data (revenue growth, client acquisition/conversion, retention) Strong business acumen and experience in client acquisition, growth and loyalty Excellent SQL and Python skills and ability to work with popular data science frameworks, including numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, matplotlib, seaborn
Responsibilities:
Partner with Commercial, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Growth Product teams to identify and build data science solutions Build our vision of what a data-powered client journey looks like Drive a data-first understanding within the organization of the client journey Work with your teams to develop end-to-end portfolios of data tools Lead two data science teams in executing solution development Establish roadmaps, team structures and processes, and best-in-class data team practices Elevate the role of data teams in the organization by bringing visibility to our work
