Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Must be an Emirati National with a Family Book. Customer service experience (real estate/property management preferred). Proficient in Arabic and English (written and spoken). Good with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM software. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
