Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Sales, GTM, or as a BDR at tech companies Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cold Email sequencers Proven ability to write high-converting cold email and LinkedIn sequences Well-versed in prompt engineering and AI platforms for messaging flows Experience in the Tech, SaaS, software industry, or in a high-growth start-up Willingness to experiment with new AI Sales tools Structured and organized with strong communication skills, sense of ownership, and ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
Manage Strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for international clients Perform in-depth audience research, industry research, and competitor analysis Define the targeting & ICP criteria for every campaign Create messaging for Outbound campaigns using copy and AI Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations Identify, evaluate, and test new campaign angles and niches Communicate with clients, create reports, and manage retention/upselling
