Fulfilment Strategy & Operations Lead

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketplace management, operations, or similar role. Proven track record of driving reliability and optimization. Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, fulfillment processes, and supply chain management. Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, or BI tools. Excellent problem-solving and process design skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Ensure consistent performance and uptime of the marketplace. Implement tools and processes for continuous optimization and monitoring. Design and implement a global hubs strategy. Build and maintain relationships with logistics partners. Create and automate reporting tools and dashboards for fulfillment KPIs. Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards. Develop and execute strategies for order batching. Drive initiatives to achieve ultra-fast fulfillment times. Oversee ongoing fulfillment processes. Lead automation projects to streamline operations. Partner with Product, Tech, Data, and Commercial teams.
