Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in Strategy Consulting (MBB), high-growth Start-ups or Scale-ups, or VC/PE. Strong record in strategy development and execution, ideally GTM oriented. Experienced in formulation and execution of commercial strategy and GTM motions. Solid understanding or strong interest in AdTech. Strong business acumen and ability to work closely with senior leadership and external partners. Excellent communication skills in English. German language is a strong plus. Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or STEM from a top-tier university.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement a scalable global GTM strategy. Define end-to-end sales processes and operational cadence. Support Sales teams on high-priority, strategic accounts. Develop a continuous sales enablement program. Architect and build global sales reporting framework. Design, model, and manage a global sales commission plan. Act as operational bridge between Sales, Product, and Tech teams. Build and lead the foundation of the Revenue Operations function.
