Requirements:
Based in Germany with fluent German (C1+) 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager delivering end-to-end features Strong customer-centric mindset Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and operations Experience running product discovery Excellent communication and documentation skills Experience in payroll, fintech, or operations-heavy SaaS Basic coding or front-end familiarity (React, TypeScript, or similar) is helpful
Responsibilities:
Own the Payroll Plus roadmap Manage priorities, run sprint planning, and track delivery Partner closely with payroll operations Design and refine the customer dashboard and internal admin dashboard Write clear specs for features Collaborate daily with engineering and peers Shape the Payroll Plus experience end-to-end Define success metrics Handle UI improvements, copy optimizations and quick-win improvements (basic front-end experience ideal)
