- Design and document unambiguous sales flows for both SMB and Enterprise segments.
- Deploy AI agents and automation in partnership with the GTM AI Engineer to maximize team productivity and process adherence.
- Complete and operationalize the Enterprise motion, including account planning and forecasting standards.
- Partner with local leadership to enforce process discipline and establish consistent commercial operating cadences.
- Own the enablement infrastructure, onboarding strategy, and commercial playbooks.
- Define global forecasting methodology and establish pipeline governance mechanisms.
