Own end-to-end hiring for all roles, with a strong focus on Sales and Engineering. Act as a trusted strategic partner to hiring managers. Design and run a scalable, data-driven recruiting process. Own recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting. Use AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, screening, outreach, assessments, and analytics. Build proactive talent pipelines by crafting innovative sourcing strategies. Own the referral program and coordinate external agencies/headhunters. Continuously improve hiring processes and educate stakeholders on modern, AI-enabled recruiting. Act as a Talent Brand Ambassador for Flip. Run internal referral jams. Help grow and strengthen Flip’s employer brand. Proactively problem solve any hiring issues/challenges.
