Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR Management, or related fields 3+ years of experience in a People Operations or HR role Proficient in German & English Experience with HRIS systems (ideally Personio or HiBob) Strong expertise in operational side of People (onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle) Hands-on payroll experience in Germany Experience working with ticketing systems and managing SLAs Empathy, excellent organizational skills, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
Own and drive the full employee experience across Europe Manage payroll processes in Germany and Austria Partner with EOR provider for onboarding and contracts Support audits and ensure accurate employee data Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes Take ownership of policy updates, tool rollouts, and process documentation Work closely with IT, Finance, and Legal Support with office-related topics if based in Hamburg
