Degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR Management, or related fields 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR role Proficient in German & English Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Personio or HiBob) Strong expertise in operational People topics (onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle management) Hands-on payroll experience in Germany Experience working with ticketing systems and managing SLAs Proactive identification of improvement areas and scalable solutions Empathy, excellent organizational skills, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset Clear and confident communication skills
