Degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR Management, or related fields 3+ years of experience in a People Operations or HR role Proficient in German & English Experience with HRIS systems (ideally Personio or HiBob) Strong expertise in operational side of People (onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle) Hands-on payroll experience in Germany Experience working with ticketing systems and managing SLAs Empathy, excellent organizational skills, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
