Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR Management, or related fields 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR role Proficient in German & English Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Personio or HiBob) Strong expertise in operational People topics (onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle management) Hands-on payroll experience in Germany Experience working with ticketing systems and managing SLAs Proactive identification of improvement areas and scalable solutions Empathy, excellent organizational skills, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset Clear and confident communication skills
Responsibilities:
Own and drive the full employee experience across Europe Manage payroll processes in Germany and Austria Partner with EOR provider for international onboarding and contracts Support audits and maintain accurate employee data in HRIS Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes Take ownership of policy updates, tool rollouts, and process documentation Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal on cross-functional processes Support office-related topics if based in Hamburg
