Obtain, develop, and create sustainable, profitable sales programs. Manage and grow sales at retail accounts. Meet and exceed sales and Adjusted Gross Profit objectives. Develop proposals with new and existing accounts. Manage forecasting on an accurate and consistent basis. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge. Work with Buyers and Category Management to gain market and customer insights. Ensure Key account coverage based on agreed frequency. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs. Ensure clear and regular communication to internal company employees. Actively pursue opportunities at each assigned account. Build strong executive relationships with assigned retailers. Coordinate account & market reviews with KPIs, best practices and key learnings.
