Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience. 5+ years in quota-carrying software sales (SaaS preferred). 3-4 years management experience or demonstrated leadership skills. Responsibilities:
Lead Account Managers to renew and expand customer base. Attract, hire, and retain high-performing Account Managers. Provide training and support to the team. Conduct call, presentation, pipeline, and deal reviews. Assist reps in winning deals. Collaborate with sales leadership on lead quality and follow-up. Provide performance analysis and forecasts. Conduct quarterly travel to client sites.
