Proven experience in account management, sales operations, or new business sales with a focus on customer expansion. Demonstrated success in scaling renewal management. Deep awareness of sales lifecycle tools like Salesforce, Docusign, Gainsight, and Zendesk. Strong understanding of buyer dynamics and ability to influence decision-makers. Ability to travel up to 15% of the year. Experience closing 6-figure deals and exceeding a quota. Experience in employee benefits is strongly preferred (producer or consultant/broker).
