Requirements:
5+ years experience selling to or managing customers. Strong ability to prospect and build pipeline without assistance. Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual). Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust. Able to effectively collaborate with various departments (CS, Marketing, Enablement, Support). Previous experience in security and compliance is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor. Understand Vanta's product offerings and roadmap to communicate effectively with customers. Collaborate with CSMs to understand customer health and ensure strategic alignment. Identify opportunities for account expansion and increase customer platform usage. Manage the sales cycle for expansion and renewal opportunities, including negotiation. Accurately forecast expansion and churn, and maintain SFDC hygiene. Provide a consultative approach to customer needs and solutions.
