Requirements:
2+ years of Commercial Solar Operations experience. 3 - 5 years of experience in Partner Account Management, Vendor Relations, or Field Operations. Demonstrated experience managing external partner or vendor relationships. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance metrics and KPIs. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills. Intermediate to Advanced Salesforce skills (reports, dashboards, workflows).
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Commercial Field Service Partners. Identify partner risk signals and lead remediation efforts. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner escalations and communications. Establish structured engagement cadences (e.g., QBRs, performance reviews). Monitor and analyze KPIs such as volume and turnaround times. Utilize BI tools (Sigma) and CRM (Salesforce) for performance assessment. Deliver structured performance reporting and feedback. Identify and implement efficiency improvements for Field Service Network performance. Gather feedback from partners to identify improvement opportunities. Pilot new service strategies to boost partner engagement. Define Salesforce platform requirements and develop training materials. Facilitate partner onboarding and ongoing training. Coach and enable active Field Service Partners.
