Manage the Deal Desk function, ensuring all transactions meet company standards and legal requirements. Develop and implement deal strategy frameworks, review proposed deals for compliance and profitability. Work with the Customer Success team to coordinate and execute customer renewal forecasting processes, identifying at-risk accounts and growth opportunities. Lead pricing initiatives, including developing pricing models, and packaging, and serving on the pricing committee. Work with Sales and Rev Ops leadership to design and administer sales quota structures, commission plans, SPIFFs, and other incentive programs. Generate accurate attainment reports to track sales performance against targets. Oversee the book-to-bill-to-fill process, assessing current processes and defining improvements to the billing processes. This includes managing the billing solution, creating subscription plans, applying credits, managing billing exceptions, and working with the product team to streamline “self-service” processes.
