Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. At least 12 years of progressive experience in brand management, digital strategy, and corporate communications. Proven leadership experience within a high-growth or global organization. Demonstrated track record of building and evolving brand architectures. Experience managing integrated communications strategies (internal and external). Prior experience overseeing web/digital platforms, SEO, analytics, and performance optimization. Experience handling crisis communications and managing corporate reputation risk. Background in M&A branding and post-acquisition brand integration preferred. Deep understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and identity systems. Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities. Proficiency in storytelling, content strategy, and multi-channel campaign execution. Knowledge of trademark strategy and brand compliance requirements. Ability to develop and monitor brand health metrics and performance KPIs. Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and partners. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence C-suite. Adept at change management, particularly in M&A or brand transformation contexts. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Evolve company's brand vision, positioning, and identity. Oversee brand architecture and trademark strategy. Ensure consistent brand execution across all channels. Develop and enforce brand guidelines. Drive digital engagement and website optimization. Introduce innovations in customer experience and digital storytelling. Oversee organic social media channels. Manage internal and external communications strategies. Execute thought leadership and manage media engagement. Partner with executives for media and speaking opportunities. Oversee content creation and build consistent narratives. Manage external agencies and vendors. Lead and develop a high-performing team. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless program execution. Evaluate brand equity in M&A and manage brand integration. Prepare announcements and toolkits for M&A transitions.
