Proven leadership experience within a high-growth or global organization. Demonstrated track record of building and evolving brand architectures. Experience managing integrated communications strategies (internal and external). Prior experience overseeing web/digital platforms, SEO, analytics, and performance optimization. Experience handling crisis communications and managing corporate reputation risk. Background in M&A branding and post-acquisition brand integration preferred. Deep understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and identity systems. Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities. Proficiency in storytelling, content strategy, and multi-channel campaign execution. Knowledge of trademark strategy and brand compliance requirements. Ability to develop and monitor brand health metrics and performance KPIs. Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and partners. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence C-suite. Adept at change management, particularly in M&A or brand transformation contexts.
