Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. At least 12 years of progressive experience in brand management, digital strategy, and corporate communications. Proven leadership experience within a high-growth or global organization. Demonstrated track record of building and evolving brand architectures and managing sub-brands/products. Experience managing integrated communications strategies (internal and external). Prior experience overseeing web/digital platforms, SEO, analytics, and performance optimization. Experience handling crisis communications and managing corporate reputation risk. Background in M&A branding and post-acquisition brand integration preferred. Deep understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and identity systems. Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities. Proficiency in storytelling, content strategy, and multi-channel campaign execution. Knowledge of trademark strategy and brand compliance requirements. Ability to develop and monitor brand health metrics and performance KPIs. Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and partners. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence C-suite executives. Adept at change management. Ability to lead with clarity and confidence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Collaborative, adaptable, and resilient leader. Responsibilities:
Steward and evolve the company’s brand vision, positioning, and identity. Oversee brand architecture and develop trademark strategy. Ensure brand consistency across all channels. Develop and enforce brand guidelines. Monitor brand representation and address gaps. Drive digital engagement strategies. Lead website management, optimization, and enhancement. Introduce innovations in customer experience, personalization, and digital storytelling. Oversee organic social media channels. Manage analytics and reporting for digital performance. Oversee internal and external communications strategies. Execute thought leadership, content delivery, and media engagement. Partner with executives for media and speaking opportunities. Manage internal communications for clarity and consistency. Oversee content creation and ensure alignment with company goals. Build consistent narratives for stakeholders. Partner with HR for employer branding and culture communications. Oversee day-to-day work of agencies and external vendors. Coordinate across multiple partners and resolve challenges. Track vendor performance against KPIs. Act as a trusted advisor to the C-Suite and business units. Lead and develop a high-performing team. Provide clear direction, deadlines, and accountability. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless program execution. Represent Harbor as a brand ambassador. Establish strong content governance. Evaluate target company's brand equity in M&A. Identify key relationships for M&A management. Prepare M&A integration announcements and toolkits. Ensure M&A integration execution, including value propositions and campaign harmonization. Oversee internal marketing communications for M&A. Ensure post-integration monitoring and feedback loops.
