Requirements:
  • Proficient in a programming language used for statistical analysis (e.g., Python or R).
  • Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and methods, including A/B testing, cohort analysis, and descriptive statistics.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Experience running a product analytics program and working with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo, etc.
  • Experience querying data and data curation
Responsibilities:
  • Investigate & Analyze: Serve as a hybrid investigator, analyst, and behavioral scientist to examine product adoption and customer behavior.
  • Data Preparation: Gather, clean, and prepare large, diverse datasets from internal and external sources.
  • Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical techniques—such as A/B testing, cohort analysis, and descriptive statistics—to identify trends, patterns, and key user segments.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, growth, and strategy teams to integrate behavioral insights into actionable strategies.
  • Insight Communication: Translate complex data and model outputs into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Research Support: Assist in planning, designing, conducting, and interpreting research projects.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate the ability to build and lead this function independently as an effective standalone contributor.
