5-10 years of experience in strategy consulting, technical program management, product operations, or equivalent. Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs in B2B SaaS companies. Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and B2B SaaS GTM motions. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Comfort with metrics, dashboards, and frameworks for measuring organizational effectiveness. Ability to lead through influence and build alignment across stakeholders. Experience building and maintaining operational cadences (planning, retrospectives, reporting, OKRs).
