Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos. Support the team in resolving complex issues and removing impediments as a coach and facilitator. Identify and address process inefficiencies; influence change both at the operational level and with external stakeholders. Actively lead and support process improvement initiatives as a servant leader within the team. Perform project management tasks such as coordinating resources and activities, planning, and scheduling. Track and report on team progress, sprint metrics, and performance against established goals. Assist Product Owners and teams in release planning and maintaining version/sprint backlogs. Foster a safe, trusting team environment where concerns can be raised without fear of blame or retaliation. Help the team meet project objectives while maintaining alignment with broader business goals. Develop agile mindsets within the team and coach new Scrum Masters to build capabilities across the organization.
