Senior Software Engineer, FGA (Dashboard and Tooling)

5+ years of backend engineering experience with a primary focus on Go (Golang) and distributed systems Experience optimizing backend performance and reliability in high-throughput distributed systems Experience implementing authorization models, preferably at the application layer Operational excellence in an asynchronous, remote environment Understanding of software distribution impacts on customer experience

Architect and build Go-based control plane services for user-facing dashboard and APIs Design and enforce authorization logic for platform security Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive engineering decisions Champion service reliability and observability, identifying performance improvements Contribute to the maintenance of broader developer ecosystem tools
