Bachelor degree required. 3-7 years experience in sales / marketing role in the automotive aftermarket industry. Ability to work both autonomously and collaborate effectively in a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and drive, results orientation. Ability to work with and lead diverse groups. Proficient knowledge Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Customer focus and orientation. Ability and willingness to travel, primarily domestically (up to 60%). High degree of self-discipline, motivation, professionalism and accountability.
