Requirements:
Bachelor degree required. 3-7 years experience in sales / marketing role in the automotive aftermarket industry. Ability to work both autonomously and collaborate effectively in a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Entrepreneurial mindset and drive, results orientation. Ability to work with and lead diverse groups. Proficient knowledge Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Customer focus and orientation. Ability and willingness to travel, primarily domestically (up to 60%). High degree of self-discipline, motivation, professionalism and accountability.
Responsibilities:
Analyze customers and competitors for business strategy formulation. Identify and support growth opportunities within product categories. Develop and implement territory product strategy to achieve sales targets. Gather customer specific requirements and understand their business needs. Develop distribution analysis and market landscape to identify prospects. Provide market and customer insights to product development and marketing teams. Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop and execute sales strategies. Serve as primary product expert and conduct product demonstrations/training. Execute product/program launches and promotions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
