Requirements:
2+ years of sales experience in bitcoin mining or a closely related industry. Experience building and maintaining relationships with bitcoin mining operators, hosting providers, investment groups, or enterprise customers. Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand and discuss bitcoin mining infrastructure. Working knowledge of power distribution, cooling systems, and networking requirements for mining operations. Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new customer relationships within the bitcoin mining ecosystem. Own customer relationships end-to-end throughout the sales lifecycle. Gather customer requirements and translate them into solutions and quotes. Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Own deal economics by pricing thoughtfully. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deal efficiency. Maintain accurate CRM records. Track market trends and competitive dynamics. Partner with Finance for smooth transaction processing.
