Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients regarding campaign progress, strategy recommendations, and operational updates.

  • Lead kickoff calls, including agenda preparation, meeting setup, and client communications.

  • Assess the efficiency of current client communication processes and suggest improvements.
  • Document and optimize client-facing processes to ensure clear expectations and smoother workflows.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client management processes.
  • Update and maintain SOPs to reflect best practices and evolving client needs.
