  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar role in an agency or cultural organization.
  • Experience in similar role in non-profit & fundraising space.
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles with high intensity and high demand.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working with marketing channels such as direct mail, email, and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Willingness and ability to work PST timezone hours (prior experience in this timezone is a plus).
  • Onboard new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
  • Understand client needs, goals, and objectives, and proactively address concerns or issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communicate with clients regarding campaign progress, strategy recommendations, and operational updates.
  • Ensure timely client feedback on creative assets, project deliverables, and approvals.
  • Coach internal teams and clients on project decisions, while being aware of technical or production limitations.
  • Lead kickoff calls, including agenda preparation, meeting setup, and client communications.
