Requirements:
  • 2+ years of consultative sales experience and success as an individual sales contributor, meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Prior experience working with state parties, PACs, or national party committees.
  • Success prospecting, finding and closing opportunities through your own outreach efforts via Sales Navigator, email, in-person and virtual networking (75%) while also managing inbound Marketing Leads (25%).
  • CRM professional (bonus points if you’ve worked with HubSpot!).
  • Proven you can manage 45 or more active opportunities at one time.
  • Execute a sales process in a solution sales methodology.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Experienced selling in a committee-driven environment, with multiple, cross-functional decision makers.
  • Enjoy working independently as well as in a collaborative team.
  • Value relationships and are excellent at communicating with a variety of stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated.
  • Can travel up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing relationships with current Civitech customers, leading regular strategic conversations to identify additional opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and executing a new business/prospecting plan for your territory.
  • Conducting industry research, identifying market trends, best practices, and leverage referrals to identify prospective customers.
  • Developing customized outreach strategies to target and engage prospects.
  • Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline across the territory and accurately forecast deal values and timelines.
  • Leading high-level conversations with prospects to qualify client needs and align the value of your solution.
  • Attending virtual and in-person events within the progressive ecosystem.
  • Collaborating with the extended sales team on opportunities embracing the role as consultant.
  • Logging all sales activities and client contacts in HubSpot.
  • Other duties as assigned.
