Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day Admin responsibilities of key application systems
  • Oversee user access, setup, and permissions for National Retail team applications
  • Manage & maintain the field rep tracking & management application for our field sales team
  • Perform routine quality control and audit reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain accurate store records in the Repsly system, including custom fields and place tags
  • Various quality control projects requiring scrutiny of data to troubleshoot and identify improvement opportunities
  • Pull data and build reports on key initiatives and quality control findings
  • Collaborate with members of management to define, document, and implement new processes
