Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in CRM administration with HubSpot
• Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes
• Experience building workflows, reports, and dashboards within HubSpot
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy and organization
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide internal support

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage HubSpot, ensuring data cleanliness, integrity, and system efficiency.
• Build and troubleshoot workflows, sequences, and automation to improve process efficiency.
• Assist in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success insights.
• Provide troubleshooting support, manage user access, and ensure best practices in CRM usage.
• Assist with data imports, deduplication, and cleanup to enhance reporting accuracy.
