  • Maintain and update customer information and sales activities in our Hubspot, ensuring smooth handoffs to the Account Executive team.
  • Closing sales opportunities as an inside seller.
  • Collect and relay customer insights and competitive intelligence to help shape product improvements and sales strategies.
